Missional Groups and Functional Committees can make decisions which are not controversial or for which there is precedent and should report on their activities to Church Council. Missional Groups and Functional Committees should keep the church vision in mind and when looking at new opportunities, ask if this is consistent with the congregation’s vision.

Convenor: SusanKaroly (Wednesday evenings quarterly) • Bible studies • Seminars/ pop up studies • Fanning flames; nurturing faith • Guest presenters • Resources/books/DVDs	OUTREACH & SOCIAL JUSTICE MG(Programs outside our buildings, or raising funds for such programs.) Convenor: MargaretFraser ( Meetings first Thursday of alternate months.) • COP (Congregation Outreach Projects) oversight • Material aid offering • GwscPancakes • EcoTaskGroup • Appeals (Christmas Bowl, Share, Christmas Shoebox, Flood relief et al.)( • Guest speakers • Honey Money.UCA Asylum Seeker support • Walkathon • Liaise with UCA, JIM, Uniting World, Frontier Services, Climate change • Participation in community events such as Lunar New Year Festival
