Missional Groups and Functional Committees can make decisions which are not controversial or for which there is precedent and should report on their activities to Church Council. Missional Groups and Functional Committees should keep the church vision in mind and when looking at new opportunities, ask if this is consistent with the congregation’s vision.

FUNCTIONAL COMMITTEES • Communications: JohnSnare (Meets irregularly, but typically on the first Monday of each second month at the Church at 7:30pm. ) • Finance: KenCoutts, treasurer • People & Culture: KenCoutts • Property: MichaelBoldiston (First Monday of each Month, Room 4 at 7:45pm:)	MINISTRIES Children & Families Youth and Young Adults Seniors Inter-cultural including Chinese and Indonesian fellowships
