Finance arrangements for Dads' Playgroup
- The contribution is $20 per family for the term, paid at the first session, with no refunds for missed sessions after joining.
- If new members join after the first session, they will be asked to contribute $4 for each of the sessions remaining at the time of joining.
- GWUC volunteers will collect the money, and put it in a labelled envelope in the office mail box for banking the following week.
- Receipts will be issued by GWUC volunteers using a triplicate book supplied by the office. Top copy to the father, second copy in the envelope with the money, and third copy to remain in the book. The receipt number will be entered on the list of families, which will be provided by Joseph.
- We have asked Ashley (church treasurer) to create an account in the church accounting system.
