He saw this an an opportunity for us to re-think what GWUC is about. Accepting & affirming the value of each member of the congregation? Many people have expressed many emotions, that need to be owned and worked through. One common theme concerns our spirituality. Our crisis is about love, not just management of leadership. We are considering our arrival rather than Rosemary's departure.

Our gut reactions are survival instinct. We need to go beyond that and make considered prayerful decisions. Reflective rather than reactive. This is an opportunity for us to grasp the challenge.
