Council Use

ActionItems(itemlist)

This macro formats an action item box to stand out in council minutes (but can be used for other minutes if needed). The actionlist parameter must be formatted as a sequence of (action,responsible) pairs, where the separator is the '/' character (warning: don't use the ',' character in the parameter string!) So a single action item is specified thus:

If more that one action item is required, simply extend the list:

• <<ActionItems(first action/PersonName/second action/SecondPerson)>>

It is intended that such macros will be automatically extracted from minutes and a separate 'Action List' compiled, perhaps to be emailed to all the responsible persons nominated. This is yet to be implemented.
