Playgroup Treasurer
Role:
To facilitate all financial aspects of the GWUC playgroup including day-to-day management, record keeping and oversight of a long-term financial vision.
Responsibilities:
- Keep general oversight of the Playgroup budget, including receipts and expenditure
- Prepare the annual budget as required by the Church Council
- Advise the Leadership Team regarding any proposed major expenditure
- Liaise with the GWUC Treasurer as required
- Oversee the collection and recording of members’ term fee payments
- Attend Playgroup Leadership Team meetings
Requirements:
- Excellent financial management and organisational skills
- Diligent and meticulous record keeping skills
- A commitment and passion for Children and Families ministry
- A current Working with Children Check.
Commitment:
- One meeting every quarter
- Finance collection as required
