WELCOME TABLE ROSTER

This is the new Welcome Table roster, which is now generated automatically. It has been renamed to the Hospitality Roster, to avoid confusion with the Welcome Roster (Salt/ex-Elders door greeters). Please notify any errors or omissions to JohnHurst or the ChurchOffice. This roster is updated weekly, but allocations are only made manually. As before, if you need to change any entry here, PLEASE ARRANGE YOUR OWN SWAPS, and inform either the ChurchOffice, or your roster coordinator (JanClear).

If you know your unavailability in future weeks, you are welcome to notify that in the RosterUnavailable page, but PLEASE NOTE, this does not work automatically, and it is courteous to let your roster coordinator know as well.

If there is anything not clear about these instructions, PLEASE ASK JohnHurst for clarification!

If you are unable to help on your rostered day, would you please change with someone and let ChurchOffice know. If your name appears second, you usually attend 11am service and I would like you to man the welcoming table from 10.45am. If you attend 9.15am would you please be here at 8.55am and if you both attend the 9.15am service would you man the table from 8.55am until 11am.If a service is combined, please man the table from 9.45am and afterwards for five to ten minutes.
