| From 18 April 2021 we will have people designated as welcomers and they will be in the foyer and have a special badge and there will be a larger version of the badge which will be clearly visible from either side of the foyer. (no table). There will be two welcomers for 9.15 and two for 11am and they will be on duty for two or three weeks. Neil will explain details on Sunday and we hope to start on 18 April. ##If you are unable to help on your rostered day, would you please change with someone and let ChurchOffice know. On a normal Sunday, we ask the two people rostered to arrange cover from 8:55 to 9:15 and 10:45 to 11:00. This could be by both being there or arranging to take one time slot each. If a service is combined, please man the table from 9.45am and afterwards for five to ten minutes. We have a sunflower welcomer rostered for every Sunday.If you could be at the church by 9.40am that would be great. If you are rostered as a sunflower person and you are not on the door, please put on a yellow flower and roam around the foyer area. If you see someone whom you don't know please introduce yourself to that person. You may like to show the person where there is a spare seat and look out for that person again at morning tea time. If you are a door steward and a sunflower welcomer please do your normal door duties, wear the sunflower and keep a look out for new people or people whom you don't know.
