Self service allows you to instantly update details (no paperwork needed), by nominating an administrator who can:

• Change contact details and daily limits
• Add or remove users
• Control user access levels
• Request SecurID® tokens ... and more.

Things you should know

• $0.25 fee applies per payment within a template or imported file if the payment is made to a non-Westpac branded account.
• You must comply with Westpac's Online Banking Terms and Conditions, including maintaining the security of your access codes and passwords.
• Internet connection is required when using Westpac Mobile Banking. Normal data charges apply. The application is only available for use by Westpac Australia customers.
