The election will be held on Sunday 23 August at all services on that day. Details of the nominees can be viewed on the notice board outside the church office. Please take time to pray for our friends who have offered themselves in service to our congregation.

  • Cross Cultural Ministry Seminar - This Sunday - 23 August 2015 Faith Development Missional Group are organising a Cross Cultural Ministry seminar led by Rev Hoon You, an experienced minister in cross cultural ministry, at this church on Sunday 23 August 1.30pm - 4pm. This is an initiative in support of our vision. We would be delighted to have a great roll up. For more information please see the details in the August monthly bulletin.

  • Monthly Material Aid Offering - Sunday 9 August, 2015 The Monthly Material Aid Offering today will be in aid of the Glen Waverley Uniting Church Welfare Commitee. Canned soups, meals, breakfast cereals, long life milk, tea, coffee and biscuits are all appreciated, as well as tooth paste and brushes, soap and washing powder.

  • Planned Giving Letters These are available from the table in the foyer. Please check and take yours and any you can deliver.

  • Bible Study Faith Development Missional Group invite you to take part in a challenging Bible Study during the second half of 2015. If you feel that you could lead a small group over six study sessions, please add your name to the list on the office counter, or contact the church.

Spend time chatting with friends, old and new, as you enjoy a delicious morning tea including special birthday cake. Bring your family and friends. All ages welcome.   • Ivan's Pies - Tuesday 23 June Please collect Pie Orders from the Church Hall on Tuesday 23 June between 2pm and 6pm. Many thanks for your generous support.

  • Church Anniversary - Sunday 28 June Next week there will be a Combined Service at 10am where we will celebrate the Anniversary of the Uniting Church. Following this service there will be the opportunity to share in a spit roast lunch. Today is the last day to get your tickets. Please see Faye Wagon or Barbara Thompson. Tickets cost $20 per person, $10 children under 12 or $5 for children under 6. Don't miss out! Remember - no ticket, no lunch!

  • Church Office - Monday 22 June to Friday 26 June This week Heather will be away doing an intensive study unit at CTM. The office will be staffed by Sharon Harper-Wilkinson during this time. Office hours for each day are noted in the bulletin.
