Finance Report June 2023
Receipt of Grant from Equity Trustees - $12,500 -Salary of welfare coordinator.
We (GWUC) through Finance committee applied for a Grant through Equity Trustees in late February 2023 through the Alfred Felton Bequest and the Small Grants program.
We were initially declined due to our association with the overall Uniting Church.
That was subsequently reversed, and we received advice in late May that we had been successful.
This covers the Salary of our Welfare Coordinator through the period 1 January 2023- 31 January 2024.
Funds have been received and banked.
We have an obligation to provide a detailed report on the use of the funds and the program in March 2024.
