9.30am – Keeping to time is difficult, therefore need time checks in service for each major section. Jit has done a series of pictures on the service. Rosemary commented on it being flexible enough to be able to incorporate special prayers for NZ and Brian Clarkson’s family right at the start. Currently no notice/sharing time. Need to find an efficient way to do this at each service. Communication Committee to give some thought to this. Difficulty moving people into hall for morning tea, just want to stay in foyer. More families coming to the service.<<BR>>
