Letter concerning office hours

Good afternoon Glyn,
GWUC Office Arrangements – Near Term.
Further to our Telephone conversation over the weekend, I am pleased to provide the update below.
I arranged to meet with Joanne on Monday morning to discuss her views as to the continuing operation of the Office.  We all appreciate that this is an evolving subject with a range of information which at times has been contradictory.
I had discussed with Property as well and this advice reflects our discussions at 11.45am on Monday.
Joanne would prefer to work from the Office for the foreseeable future, but has taken the necessary steps by locking the door to curtail people entering the Office.
We have taken steps to ensure the door lock is locked and Joanne will greet and answer queries from our own people, from “drop-ins” and other groups including renters and Third parties , which maintaining a safe distance with such people talking through the window.
