Subject: Glen Waverley UC Manse availability for Mulgrave Indonesian Cong

Hi John,

Further to our discussion, I officially request Glen Waverley to consider making one of its manses available for use by the Mulgrave Indonesian Congregation's (MUIC) new minister.

The manse will be needed from around the 1st Jan 2014 (give or take a few weeks) . The Mulgrave (MUIC) congregation will need to be paying Glen Waverley the full manse allowance.

While the Mulgarve congregation I expect will endeavour to eventually make their own provision for a manse on the long term, the need to use the Glen Waverley manse will be for several years at least and maybe even for the tenure of the placement. I believe longer term arrangements should be negotiated between Glen Waverley and the Mulgrave (CUIC) Congregation.

Sherah - I left a message on your phone to discuss this further. Please contact me to talk about this.

Thanks

John
