But I also note that the Indonesian congregation are having further discussions on the matter, and that’s great.

It would be a significant investment (about $2,000) to extend the system for just the one Indonesian service, which provoked a thought in my mind.
Is there a reason the Indonesian group could not worship in the main worship area?? is one thought, and the other was a mens of recording the worship rather than live streaming.

In terms of the question posed on resourcing the Indonesian worship stream, yes - it would need someone who would be happy to be sitting in the main worship space to operate the broadcast.  We could certainly teach someone to do that if there is enthusiasm for that approach.
But I do have another option seeing the 8am do not wish to use this streaming option.

We could set up a much more simple arrangement, operated from a Laptop, where we would record the Indonesian worship, which could then be posted to our church website with other services.  This could be more easily operated by a person sitting in and participating in the worship in the Chapel.
It would be a much less demanding process to just record the service rather than live streamed?
We have a suitable camera for a simplified recording process, and a computer be supplied to do the recording?

Would that option be of more interest to the Indonesian fellowship?

Yes I should have advised you of the Council deliberations.  We came straight here to Warrnambool and other things took over.

The discussion needs to be with the Indonesian Fellowship, who of course are not meeting at the moment.
Glyn is at the farm for the duration, however long that turns out to be.
Is it best to wait until they can meet?
I don't see live stream only as a realistic option.
