Communion Instructions

Thank you all for your commitment to this roster, and special thanks to those who step in when I send out a call [at short notice]. It is much appreciated.
I hope that the Roster suits you. IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE PLEASE MAKE YOUR OWN SWAP AND THEN LET ME KNOW.
You will need to be at the church about 45 minutes before service time.
- Please note that it is preferred that a small loaf of bread is used for the Minister to break [cut through slightly] as this shows better for our live coverage. This loaf does not need to be gluten free. Bread brought by team leader.
We are trialling a new method of storing the grape juice as we were throwing quite a lot out. We now freeze it in smaller quantities, so please check the refrigerator first as there will be a thawed container there to use. If more is needed then open the bottle in the cupboard.
If you notice that any of the supplies are getting low [paper doileys, grape juice etc] please do not hesitate to contact me and I will re-stock.
Also, please make sure you check the cloths for spills/marks and take them home and launder them, and return to the cupboard promptly.
Finally, a thank-you to Gael O’Brien who has assisted with Communion for many years, but is now unable to continue. We thank you for your long service, and wish you and Robert well for the future.
Grace and blessings,
Faye Wagon
