You will need to be at the church about 9.15am to help with preparation and then meet with the minister/s at the front of the church at 9.30am for instructions on serving that day.

Please prepare 6 trays of bread, and 6 trays of juice.
Please note that it is preferred that a small loaf of bread is used for the Minister to break [cut through slightly] as this shows better for our live coverage. This loaf does not need to be gluten free. Bread brought by team leader.

The new system of using smaller bottles of juice is working well, but remember if more is needed then open the bottle from the cupboard.

If you notice that any of the supplies are getting low [paper doileys, grape juice etc] please do not hesitate to contact me and I will re-stock.

Also, please make sure you check the cloths for spills/marks and take them home and launder them, and return to the cupboard promptly.
