GWUC Cleaning Team
Cleaning is divided into three areas as follows:
- Area 1: Worship area
- Area 2: Meeting Room 1 (Chapel), Fellowship area, Foyer, back hallway, and Room 4
- Area 3: Hall, vinyl floor between kitchen and hall and the paved entries to the main building and Room 4.
Points to note about the roster
Please contact your rostered partner during the preceding week to arrange a time to do the work. (Usually Saturday morning or Friday afternoon/evening although there is more flexibility at present due to low level use of the buildings). Check the online GWUC diary and online GWUC bookings on the Wiki for functions such as weddings which may prevent access to your area. You can also contact the Office Manager for this information.
- If you are not able to attend on the rostered weekend, please arrange to swap directly with someone else and if swapped well in advance please alter on the Wiki or let the Office Manager know so she can list the correct names in the church Bulletin.
- Clicking on a name in the roster will show contact details, provide that you are logged in to the wiki.
If you suspect you have COVID-19 please arrange a swap or let Fairlie know.
Accessing the property
A key to access the church and church extension is contained in a small code operated Key Safe mounted on the brick wall to the Right-Hand side of the car park glass entry doors. For instructions and code see KeySafe (Login required.)
