 * Working Bee Safety reviews - UCA - Certification - This is what we (Property Committee) have to do for all volunteer functions - It is done in the background for all major events (Fete/Easter/Book Fair/BBQ’s) etc. For example when the Fete committee send the annual letter to Property and Church Council, this is what we have to verify is covered.  * Finally, I have mounted a copy of the two C of O in the foyer on the wall near the switchboard and under the heater controls - as is required by the regulations.
 * We have a copy of their last Presbytery/Synod inspection documents of 2010 also stored with all of the above.
It all sits in the switchboard cupboard as is required by the Building Regulations and UC Instructions.

Building Certifications for all Monash Council Certifications.

In 2021, the chair pf property committee, at the request of Church Council, wrote to the Monash City Council requesting clarification of our Essentil Safety Measure maintenance requirements in our Certificate of Occupancy.
