- Other documents kept in the switchboard cupboard as is required by the Building Regulations and UC Instructions.
Essential Safety Manual - we are required to have a copy “on display” - we do, it is in the switchboard cupboard with the ASEMR Documents and the Contractor Safety manual - This is the first 5 - 6 pages as it contains the Building Code we have been following, and the Part 3 Pre-1994 rules.:)
The Current GWUC AESMR evidence - This is from 2019 till now - showing the individual tests we have done every quarter/half year/Yearly.
Previous years GWUC AESMR testing evidence 2009 to 2019 - Same as above for the past 10 years.
Working Bee Safety reviews - UCA - Certification - This is what we (Property Committee) have to do for all volunteer functions - It is done in the background for all major events (Fete/Easter/Book Fair/BBQ’s) etc. For example when the Fete committee send the annual letter to Property and Church Council, this is what we have to verify is covered. And we do, without making a fuss or formality, just quietly in the background.
Copies of previous Presbytery/Synod inspection documents for 2009,2016
- Copies of the two Occupancy Permits above have been mounted in the foyer on the wall near the switchboard and under the heater controls - as is required by the regulations.
