The Communications Strategic Plan contains 23 communications options divided into the categories of: printed, electronic, in-person and signs. Guidelines are available concerning a style guide for Glen Waverley Uniting Church publications, email guidelines, social media vision and policy, website upload guidelines, photo release, worship video recording practices, external printing, and temporary notices on public land.<<BR>>Work is underway to refresh the Glen Waverley Uniting Church website. An approach and design concept has been agreed and implementation is expected during the first half of 2014.<<BR>>In 2012, a Facebook site was established for the Glen Waverley Uniting Church (with associated policy and guidelines for its management). However, to date it is not widely used. In 2013, focus has been on how the Communications Committee can encourage and stimulate more use.
