How to use rolling rosters
To add yourself to a roster
- All of the rosters can be edited by anyone who is logged in to the wiki.
Bring up the roster, for example RosterDoor
- Click on Edit(GUI), usually in the right hand panel.
- Scroll down to the date for which you wish to volunteer.
- Click in the box in the name column and desired row.
Enter your WikiName, e.g. DavidMorgan, that is capitals but no space. You first name is your preferred name in the church rolls database.
- Removing yourself or recording a swap follow the same steps, but with different editing.
- Click on "Save Changes" in the top left.
If you have totally messed up a page, do not worry. One of the great virtues of the wiki is that you can do no permanent harm. WikiMasters have a "Revert" button that lets us take any page back to any previous version. Contact at <wikimaster AT gwuc DOT org DOT au>
