Pastoral Partners Program at GWUC

GWUC is working towards implementing the Pastoral Partners programme in the first half of 2014. We are currently conducting a number of educating and recruiting sessions for all members who are interested in finding out about the program.

Sharonne Price weekend

This process began with a visit by Sharonne Price on Aug 3-4, 2013.

      Friday Aug 2

      7:30 - 9:00pm

      We will provide coffee and desserts and have asked Sharonne to tell us about herself, the history of the Pastoral Partners program, how it has been updated and changed since it was first set up and any other information relevant to the Leadership Team at GWUC.

      Saturday Aug 3

      10am to 3pm.

      We will ask each participant to bring a plate of finger food to share. We will provide morning tea. The morning session will be held in the church. This session will be similar to the Friday evening and we are inviting all members of the congregation to attend. After lunch we are asking Sharonne to conduct a training session.

      Sunday Aug 4

      Sharonne will preach at all morning services.
