The minutes of the all day Church Council meeting on 22 Feb are available at CouncilMinutes20140222.
That meeting also approved the development of the new roster proposals, see RosterProposal for details. Testing of several new rosters is proceeding, and an announcement will be made when they are ready for use. Roster Coordinators have been consulted about the proposed changes.

The FinalSolarQuote detailing the new solar panels to be installed was approved by Council.
