• 3 Mar 2013 Nominations for Elders to go on display (available 3, 10, 17 Mar)

• 3 Mar (Sunday) 2013 COP 2013 Applications Open

• 10 Mar 2013 last date for notice of March Congregational Meeting

• 18 Mar 2013 Congregational Meeting (Third Monday in March)

  • Election of Elders.
  • Receive annual reports from groups.
  • Receive audited accounts for the previous year (or accounts subject to satisfactory audit if not ready by the set date), annual reports and projects/actvities/programs underway for the current year i.e those commenced or about to commence and for which Council/Congregation approval has been received (and by inference any budget also) (see third meeting below).

• 31 Mar 2013 Easter Day

• 8 April (Monday) 2013 COP 2013 Applications Close

• 23 Jun 2013 last date for notice of July Congregational Meeting

• 30 Jun 2013 Church Anniversary. Combined service.

• 1 Jul 2013 Congregational Meeting (First Monday in July. Held early in 2012 on 18 Jun 2012)

  • Adoption of COP projects.

• early July Congregation in vision mode in which all groups are encouraged to provide plans for the next year (and budget bids submitted). This would be particularly so for the mission teams.

• Aug 2013 Planning for the annual GGG campaign during Oct? Subject to availability of external people.

• 29 Sep 2013 Fifth Sunday combined service.

• 12 Oct 2013 Church Fete.

  • the budget is presented in the light of the GGG and after some negotiation on budget wth the mission programs. The Council presents the annual plan to the congregation.
