= Philosophy of the Children and Families Service =

The 4:30pm service is designed specifically for families with young children (under 12).  The emphasis is upon sharing activities in which both parents and children may discover aspects of the Christian faith that are accessible to both age groups.  Sometimes children and adults split into separate activity groups for more focussed learning, and then come together to share their experiences.  The language that is used is straightforward, everyday language, and is not couched in liturgical terms.
