== Some thoughts prompted from the worship survey from the Ministry Team and Office Manager ==
There seems to have been some movement towards combining 9.15 and 11. A bit less than half the respondents fully support this possibility.
The things that are valued highly are:
* sense of decorum (highest)
* choir
* organ
* modern songs
* lay leadership
* children engaged
For combining, 10 am by far the most popular time.
But 21% of those who attend 11 am worship and responded would only come to a service at 11 am.
It came through that most are happy with the service that they attend.
The different needs of people are being met.
A word of caution. Only 33 of respondents watch the live stream or a recording. What about the rest of them?<

The online services are of great value. The negative is some people are staying home rather than attend in person. People need to be comfortable in order to attend.
The numbers online drop for 10 am like our overall attendance drops for 10 am combined services.
This online community says that we are doing something right. Not to be complacent as it needs work to develop further engagement with our online community, whatever that might look like.
The ministry Team feels that the mixed needs of people is more difficult to meet in a single service.
There is no recommendation, only our thoughts.
