As reported [[2.2.1 Working With Children Check Policy|here]], we are now required to have WWCC for all "designated leaders". In consultation with Synod, this was interpreted to mean members of RosterGreeting, RosterDoor, organists and others listed on the photoboard in the foyer, including Councillors and leaders of Missional Groups. This is in addition to all leaders of children's and youth programs. This resulted in a total of 85 checks being required, of which about half were already recorded. The rest were requested in September 2016. In response, three members resigned from rosters, but the others were cooperative. As of Feb 2017, there are 12 names outstanding on my list as Requested. Child Safety Documents from Presbytery

We were sent two documents from Anne Kim, Safe Child Project Officer (Port Phillip East Presbytery).

These have been filled in as attached, with assistance from Property Committee, and need Church Council approval to be returned.
