'''PLEASE MARK YOUR ROSTERED DATES ON YOUR CALENDAR AND DIARY. WE RELY ON YOU.'''

A key to access the church and church extension is contained in a small code operated Key Safe mounted on the brick wall to the Right Hand side of the car park glass entry doors. To get the key follow these steps:

 1. Enter the code ( emailed separately ) by pushing the numbered buttons in until you hear each click.
 1. Slide the upper large square OPEN button downwards and while holding it down remove the lid completely from the box. Leave the key attached to the lid.
 1. If you enter a wrong code you may cancel it by sliding the lower CLEAR button downwards.
 1. To replace the lid and key in the box, enter the code, place the bottom of the lid in the box, press the OPEN button down, push the lid into the box and release the OPEN button.

Please contact your rostered partner during the preceding week so as to arrange a time to do the work. [Usually Saturday morning or Friday afternoon/evening]. If you are not able to attend on the rostered day, please arrange a swap with someone else. [List of names and phone numbers overleaf].

If your circumstances change and you are unable to continue on the roster, please advise Ross Lennon Tel. 9802 2961.

Thank you for your support to keep our church clean and tidy each week.

CLEANING AND MOWING ROSTER

This roster is normally allocated by the convenor in blocks, ranging from a school term to a year in length. See links above for associated pages. Coordinators usually consult the preferences page for the roster and the RosterUnavailable page, but this cannot be guaranteed, and will only occur at the time of block allocation. If you are allocated for a duty that you are unable to perform, you will need to arrange a swap with another volunteer. Please notify the coordinator of swaps, and either enter them on this page, or ask ChurchOffice or DavidMorgan to do so for you. You can also allocate yourself to dates of your choice; simply enter your WikiName in any blank cell. Instructions here.

Automatic reminders will be issued by EMail during the week before a duty. These will obviously only be correct if swaps have been recorded here.

MOWING – lawn including the nature strip and check garden beds for rubbish.

  • Please contact your rostered partner (if you have one) during the preceding week to arrange a time to do the work -usually Saturday morning or Friday afternoon/evening. ( See contact list) Check the online GWUC diary and online GWUC bookings on the Wiki for functions such as weddings which would be interrupted by mowing. You can also contact the Office Manager for this information.
  • If you are not able to attend on the rostered weekend, please arrange to swap directly with someone else. If swapped well in advance alter on the Wiki or let the Office Manager know so
  • Guidelines for mowing the church lawns are at RosterMowingGuidelines.

  • Your roster coordinator is FairlieMackinnon
