The work is divided into four areas, three for cleaning and one for mowing, as follows:

 '''Area 1:''' Worship area and Room 4 and entrance in the new extension when it is brought into use.<<BR>>
 '''Area 2:''' Meeting rooms 1 [Chapel] 2 & 3, Fellowship area, Foyer, back hallway.<<BR>>
 '''Area 3:''' Hall, Toilets ( including new extension ), Kitchen & Paved entries.<<BR>>
 '''Lawns:''' Grounds of church [including west end of church].<<BR>>

These areas are also shown on a plan inside the Cleaners Cupboard along with a list of cleaning duties for each Area and all cleaning equipment and cleaning compounds required.

'''Important Note:''' Dates on this roster have been changed to agree with other rosters published in the Bulletin, so that automatic roster extraction can be performed. The dates now identify ''the Sunday for which the cleaning is required'', rather than the Saturday before, as previous.
