How to use rolling rosters

To add yourself to a roster

  • All of the rosters can be edited by anyone who is logged in to the wiki.
  • Bring up the roster, for example RosterDoor

  • Click on Edit(GUI), usually in the right hand panel.
  • Scroll down to the date for which you wish to volunteer.
  • Click in the box in the name column and desired row.
  • Enter your WikiName, e.g. DavidMorgan, that is capitals but no space. You first name is your preferred name in the church rolls database.

    • Removing yourself or recording a swap follow the same steps, but with different editing.
  • Click on "Save Changes" in the top left.
