The manse is empty and ready. If Council agrees, we could invite IanFerguson to occupy it early.

Security measures for the doors and windows in no. 15
Because of some issues for Chris' son. Warren has arranged for Chris and family to meet him at the manse on Saturday 26 Aug so that the work can be completed before they move in.
