"PDF Squeezer" is an application on the office computer to reduce the file size of .pdf files, especially useful for those including images.
 * Control-click on the file icon in Finder, and choose "Open with" PDF-Squeezer
 * In the popup menu at the bottom of the PDF-Squeezer dialog (edit...), choose a filter, usually 300dpi.
 * Click Save As...
