Proposal for Solar Panels on 17 Southdown Ave 2022

Warren wrote to Council & Finance: 

We have just received the revised quote from our preferred supplier (they did 15 Southdown as well)
I have attached the August 2021 and the new quote of March 2022.

There has been a $1,600 increase in the price since August, but for that we also gain an increased size generation system of 7.1kw  instead of 6.6kw from August
They are also larger panels being used now and more importantly available now.
The price is now $11,199.

He indicated that prices are rising rapidly - as all salesman do, always:):)  
But there does appear to be some truth in that statement around supplies for solar installations.

Neil and I recommend the proposal to you, and suggest we lock in a contract asap, and see if we can get an installation date in April after Easter activities.
