Manual updates following transfer of Persons to CRM

NOTE: Data files have been removed after use.

Persons

• Update Classification in Unclassified cases. - Jan Clear & dlm to update spreadsheet.

• 30 People missing Classification data. Reduce to 0. Annette to update after 12 July.

• 1200+ records have membership date set to 01-01-1970 (was blank on ChurchInfo). Use Direct database edits to change to blank or 0000-00-00. Test in Dev first

• Bug with People, View Active People, Select Custom Filter requires full Admin permission. Check with Jo that she requires that feature, then raise GitHub Issue with Developer.

Groups

• Group properties. DLM working on it.
  • Basic properties done. Wiki page, Contact person, email list, WWCC needed.

Property Types

• Unable to add new Property Types (Admin, Property Types), you can go to add a new Type, click on Save, but nothing is saved. Have logged an issue with Developer - https://github.com/ChurchCRM/CRM/issues/7336

• David to export data to CSV. Is there a way to also export the Drop Down fields, and Birthdate using Igor, then use Excel vLookup (or some other tools) to merge them back into the main CSV, then upload them all at once?

• David to review and remove duplicates using Excel. Insert new Column after First Name, and use CONCAT feature to create new column with LastName+FirstName (eg. WojakMartin). Then use ConditionalFormatting, Highlight Cell Rules, Duplicate Values. This will show all the Duplicate Users, and you can then clean that up.

• David to import CSV into DEV crm server first (do Reset System first), and make sure all relevant fields import correctly. Make sure Classification is set to "non member". Try to get the Birth Year to import correctly. Otherwise copy the year to Estimated Birth Year.
• David to import CSV into Production crm server. Make sure Classification is set to "non member"
• Person properties. DLM copied WwCC, Police check, First aid.

• NOTES - Extracted using SequelPro into a spreadsheet

• NOTES - Useful ones copy-pasted to CRM WBG
• IGOR - David to test Igor scripts, exports, etc. using ChurchCRM. I think this is working now.
• To enable searching by Custom fields, Martin needed to also add this permission: "Manage Properties and Classifications"
• To avoid an error everyone needs the View, Add and Edit Notes Permission.
