• Past weeks are moved to archives, so that next week always appears at the top.

Allocation to this roster is by volunteers or the coordinator

• This means that the RosterUnavailable page will only prevent allocation if the allocators look at it. (However, you are welcome to edit that page for future reference, and to help roster coordinators as they add new names.)
