Group consultations 2018

In October 2018, Council resolved to consult with Missional, Functional and appropriate other groups, as the first stage in long term planning for ministry team.
Two members are to consult with each group.
Here is a one page summary of the vision and suggested discussion qestions as a .pdf file to download.
- Questions to be asked of each group, focusing on their area of responsibility, are:
  - Are we still feeling warm towards our vision and the areas we decided to focus on?
  - What are the things/activities etc that you are enjoying?
  - What’s working well?
  - What are you excited/ encouraged by?
  - Do you have challenges, what are they?
  - What dreams do you have and what would help you to achieve these?
