  * Refer attached reports. Trust this finds you well.  Another solid month.  Nothing to really comment upon.
  * Pleased to receive the Grant from Estate Trustees to cover the Welfare Coordinator Salary for 2023 etc.
  * Our audit is being progressed.  Haven’t heard more from Helen Boucher re the Tax Status for the Kingsway Welfare Fund.  She advised hopefully by mid-August or thereabouts.
  * Matt is doing the GST return this week.
  * Hoon will now finish as at 17th September 2023, I have some work to do re annual Leave payment.  The Financial Accounts look good.  Joanne will likely complete the 2 transfers this week .
  * We aim to complete update of Westpac bank and U ethical signatories over the next few weeks.
  * Joanne is progressing the Future Fund documentation.
