The Glen Waverley Uniting Church PSALTER== Finance Report 202307 === Two or three things:
- have the salary breakdown for June but will not complete the June Management reports until later next week.
- June shows a surplus of $18,000 approx due largely to receipt of $12,500 from the grant from Equity Trustees for salary of Welfare Coordinator for 12 months.
- with extension of Hoon our projections for our July-September 2023 will likely be reduced to reflect either a small surplus or deficit depending upon the timings of rental incomes and the larger expenditure items.
- Year to date a surplus of $75,000 approx and decent repair of our Balance Sheet. That will reduce over the coming months and we want to transfer a greater value to Deferred Maintenance in December 2023.
- We will commence work on budgets for 2024 in early August 2024
