 * Combi – still working towards a sale by 28 Feb 2017.

 * Ashley - 2016 YTD @ 30/11/2016, surplus of $57,000, mostly due to increased rent of $20,000 and lower ministerial wages of $30,000. <<BR>>

 * Warren – MYOB training for Wendy, scheduled for 13 Jan 2017. <<BR>>

 * Matt – forwarded his agenda items, but not acted upon due to his absence. Will review again next meeting (Feb 2017). <<BR>>

 * 2017 Budget to be shown to & approved by the congregation at meeting to be held 13th December 2016. Proposed deficit of $16,640, primarily due to additional ministerial staff to be employed in the first quarter of 2017.
