 * Circulated Xero Accounts P & L and B/S Updated as at end of November 2022 and look okay.
 * Circulated the new Suite of Financial Statements under Executive Summary for November and YTD.
 * Expect we will incur a Deficit of something like $20,000 for 2022 being operating Deficit of $17,000 then the expense re the Annual Leave and the bringing of losses to U ethical Growth fund of say $6,000
 * Welfare and “Where are We re 2022 and 2023” Andrew advised still await the Tax-Free Status
 * Ministry Team and 5 Year Budget issues – Warren and Ken discussed. 
 * Budget Processes for 2023 Completed after Nov congregation Meeting – No issues from the various Groups.
 * Xero conversion – Completed/ Cancelled MYOB Back up. Reports now standardised.
 * Review of Office Approvals and Processes (Finalised).
 * Review of Endowment Account – “The Way Forward” has been updated and have sent with Recommended Actions to Church Council and Finance Committee and approved for implementation.  We will do in early 2023.
 * Investment Strategy – Next steps!!! (Still problems re Transfer we now know the issues)
 * Offering and giving issues – Congregation Meeting – Next steps – Program and Brochure.
 * GST Returns and Update (Matt) – Done .
 * U-ethical Cash Management and Growth – Accounts and Reconciliations
 * Growth Fund – losses (bring to Account in December 2022 
 * Mission and Service for balance of 2022.  Issues and Actions re Church Council and Presbytery in October/ November 2022 and Issues re 2023 - Done. 
 * Provision for Deferred Maintenance- Discussions and Confirm for 2022- Done.  
 * Update re Bequest and Actions issues (progress) re Gwenda Henry and Marriott and Falconer
 * Property Issues re Air-conditioning and Television etc. Done still a final claim amount likely to receive in Feb 2023. 
 * Manse Allowance Issues re Neil and Lyn Peters – done and finalised.
