There are two lists used here.

The Elders/EldersGroup page defines an elder as used by the wiki page. If you are an elder, and cannot access the elders pages, then this list needs to be fixed.
The Elders/EldersContactList page gives the contact details (email, address, telephone) of each elder.

Note that both of these pages are protected, so that only elders can access them.
