The plan is to close the building, and have all staff work from home, except for the occasions covered below.

=== Welfare plans ===
Welfare assistance is still provided by the WelfareCommittee.  The protocal is:

 * All interviewing and counselling will be done by phone.
 * Obtain Work Permit if required for attendance at property.
 * A member of the WelfareCommittee will then go to the church, prepare a welfare parcel, having notified the recipient of a collection time, place it outside the door, and wait for them to collect it.
 * A mask will be worn at all times.
 * Replenishing the food store will be done as rarely as possible, using "Click and Collect" from supermarkets.
 * All surfaces used to be sanitised at the conclusion of Welfare sessions.
