Dear Friends Monash Interfaith Gathering (MIG Inc) has a new website which we’d love to share with you. We are reaching out to your faith community to learn whether you have strong outreach activities for the Monash community, to support youth, the international community and any other of the topics listed below, and invite you to share your activities on MIG Inc’s new website.
Part of the intent of the funding we received to develop a website, was to support international students and the wider community which is needing help, to build a sense of inclusion in community. It was felt that international students would be more likely to seek support from faith based groups for assistance.
They will need information about material aid of course, assistance with food and lodging - but also information to help them develop a sense of community by being included in friendship groups and activities being organized for families/ women.
Please check out the website. https://www.monashinterfaith.org.au
