> * Install Aluminium Roller Security Grill across the Office greeting window - to be used during money counting and if required for other security. Cost $2052.60 * Install hard wired CCTV camera system with 8 channels. Only 3 cameras to be installed initially to Room 3, Hall and Extension entrances. * Install the required wiring to enable two additional cameras to be installed in the Foyer area at an appropriate future date. * Install a recording unit and screen in the office * Install remote locking device at office manager desk to enable door to be locked and unlocked - (we will also install a door closer) * Install a wireless remote emergency system (capable of 100 units) providing us with 5 units for use by Welfare and Playgroups * Test and maintain the installation as required - Total Cost = 4686.00 . (The quote received was from our Church Locksmiths - they have used this person, trust and recommend.) The project set the following baseline requirements:- * The system must be reliable and of commercial quality, available 24/7 (i.e Swann units from JBHiFi are domestic quality.) * The installer must have Security industry membership * The CCTV must be hard wired, not wireless to ensure uninterrupted service * The installer must be able to show us a working version of the same system. As requested by Church Council, the following has been done by the Property Chairperson and agreed with all parties:- * Discussed the proposed plans with Ministry Team who supported the project * Discussed the proposed plans with Dorothy Lockhart who has supported the project * Discussed the proposed plans with the Office Team who supported the project * Discussed the proposed plans with the Property committee who support the project The proposed plans were discussed with Finance who support the project, and recommend that the cost be treated as an un-budgetted Property Capital expenditure and recommend we proceed. We have sufficient funds to complete the project. <
