CONGREGATION OUTREACH PROJECTS PROCESS FOR 2013

To Submit an Application
Glen Waverley Uniting Church is again offering the proceeds of the Annual Fete for Local, State, National and Global Community Projects.

Community Outreach Group now invites Applications for Congregational Outreach Project (COP) grants from the 2013 Fete proceeds.
Applications open on Sunday 3 March 2013.

To make an Application collect the documents from the Church Office OR download them as below.

The documents that you will receive are:

  • The COP Assessment Criteria and,
  • The COP Application Form 2013.

These documents give the guidelines and the information required on the Application Form for each submission.

Please forward your Application;

  • by email (in WORD format) to [email protected]. (preferred), alternatively,

  • in hard copy to:
    COP Selection Panel,
    Glen Waverley Uniting Church,
    cnr Kingsway Bogong Avenue,
    Glen Waverley 3150

The 2013 COP Selection Panel comprises:

  • Katie Hunter
  • Andrew Wheatland and
  • Alan Barnard

Closing Date for ALL submissions is Monday 8 April 2013.

  • NOTE:

  • Receipt of Applications will be acknowledged in writing.
  • The Selection Panel will contact you regarding discussions with you about your Project.
  • After Project selection all applicants will be advised in writing of the recommendations to the July Congregation Meeting.
  • Successful applicants (or their deputy) will be required to attend the 1st July 2013 Congregational Meeting to respond to any questions concerning their Application.
