||November 2021 (cancelled) || ||This meeting was cancelled due to restrictions associated with Covid-19.  The November meeting is usually held in the church at 12:15pm between a  shortened 11:00am service and a late starting Indonesian worship on a  non-communion, non-choir Sunday.  Agenda usually includes approval of budget for the following year.  The 2022 budget will be considered at a meeting of the congregation to be held as soon as practical in 2022. ||
||October 2021 || ||Election of Church Councillors for 2022.  Election of Church Councillors was deferred until 2022 due to restrictions associated with dealing with Covid-19. Election of Church Councillors following each worship activity on the designated day. Date to be set when Covid-19 isolation impacts on meetings are relaxed. ||

Agenda  included approval of Congregational Outreach Projects. However, this meeting was cancelled because of difficulties associated with Covid-19 control measures. The meeting was held in the worship centre with some attending by zoom and some watching using live streaming. ||
||8 November 2020 || ||This meeting was cancelled due to restrictions associated with Covid-19. The November meeting is usually held in the church at 12:15pm between a shortened 11:00am service and a late starting Indonesian worship on a non-communion, non-choir Sunday. A quick basket lunch in the fellowship area following worship and before the meeting was a success in 2019 and may be repeated.  Receive fete report and approve 2021 budget. This meeting will probably consider a proposal for using funds from the Marriott bequest. ||
||October 2020 || ||Election of Church Councillors was deferred until 2021 due to restrictions associated with dealing with Covid-19.  Election of Church Councillors following each worship activity on the designated day. The election was held in March 2021 as reported above. ||
||July 2020 || ||This meeting was cancelled due to restrictions associated with Covid-19. This meeting usually approves Congregation Outreach projects and/or receive report from the congregation outreach project selection committee. However,  the congregation outreach project selection committee suspended its work in March due to Covid-19 isolation requirements. ||
