CommunicationsCommittee, at its 11 May 2010 meeting, decided to streamline roster management within the church. To this end, rosters will be removed from the weekly bulletin, and replaced by a once-a-month insert to the bulletin. These inserts will be generated automatically from the church wiki. In addition, a weekly update of rosters will be posted to one of the church notice boards, so that people without computer access to the wiki can review any roster commitments they may have. | * Access to roster pages may require logging in. One of the advantages of this change is that weekly reminders of roster commitments will be sent (automatically!) to all people who have registered an email address on the church wiki.
