Check in with Victorian Government QR Code Service

This replaces the Rewardle system from May 3.
The government poster with checkin GR code is below.
This system works best the "Service Victoria" app installed.
- If you do have it installed, the QR code will offer to open it, click "Open", bring up the location and your save details, click on "Check-in to this location", and then on "Done".

If you do not have the app installed, you will be prompted to install it. While this is not actually necessary, it is easiest.
